Hillel Academy is proud to provide Bar/Bat Mitzvah services to our students, including those with special needs or who are unaffiliated with a synagogue. When students engage in the Bar/Bat Mitzvah program, they will: Learn to read basic Hebrew. Master the Hebrew and English Prayers. Acquire basic Jewish facts and values. Perform a mitzvah project to benefit others. Hillel Academy offers Bar/Bat Mitzvah service officiation under the direction of David Witkowski to all Jewish children that are not affiliated with a synagogue. Hillel Academy may also provide a cantorial soloist. Services may be held at the location of your choice.
